The main
goal of the "Funkys" is not only the
spreading of Country Dances in its traditional form, but, according to the
"open American way", also the social commitment which includes
visiting various places as a group or organizing Line Dance Courses for any-
or everybody. An always important factor is the support of newcomers of any
age. |

The Line Dance Club Funky Grizzly was founded on February 15th 1999. After a turbulent (if
not be said "funky") beginning, the structure that is handled today
turned out to be the right thing. The leadership is a member of the National
Teachers Association (NTA), the overall Association of the International
Country Dance Scene. |
